I have always believed Salsa Dancing is a true "art form". For this purpose, we need schools where this art can be taught. Currently, very few schools have it in their programs. That's why I'm offering "The Art Of Performing" class. It's just a small step on the road to help develop, foster and promote the performance and appreciation of salsa dancing.
The exciting new 10-session workshop will have the following objectives:
- Train aspiring students in sound dance techniques, professional standards
- Achieving excellence in the art of Salsa Dancing.
- Provide a challenging and creative opportunity for non-professional adult dancers.
- Cultivate the creative interaction between dance, music, costuming and staging.
- Develop serious dancers' confidence to use their talents to become great entertainers.
- Help all participants understand and enjoy Salsa dancing as an art form.
Selected participants will make their performing debut at Mambo D's Soirees or other local events
Requirements - Each candidate must demonstrate the ability to dance at an Intermediate level. Participants will be accepted at Mambo D's discretion based on merit and space availability.
